When our homeowners reclaimed this condo for their new chapter as a married couple, they sought a departure from the generic. They envisioned a space that felt less like an apartment and more like a luxurious hotel suite or a high-end showroom. 
 
By leaning into a palette of dark tones and suede textures, we transformed the standard unit into a sophisticated sanctuary.

The Illusion of Space

Making Every Square Foot Count

In a compact 2-bedroom layout, every inch matters. We installed full-height reflective glass along the foyer to create a sense of endless depth, doubling the visual width of the corridor. 
 
To maintain the home's sleek profile, the DB box was seamlessly integrated into the same glass feature, hiding essential utilities (such as vacuums) out of sight.

The Social Kitchen

Bold Materials, Daily Function

We reimagined the kitchen as the home’s primary design statement. By wrapping the entire kitchen top, backsplash, and adjacent walls in marble-like sintered stone, we created a singular, sculptural focus point.
The addition of a peninsula island serves a dual purpose: a sophisticated dining area and a functional extension of the workspace. 

Tactile Luxury

Defining Comfort Through Texture

The design was anchored by a love for hotel-grade materials: glossy marbles, cool metals, and soft suedes.

In the Master Bedroom, we balanced aesthetics with tradition; a custom sliding mirror was designed for the vanity to meet feng shui requirements, allowing it to be tucked away when not in use.

Paired with a bespoke suspended bed, the result is a room that feels light, airy, and deeply restful.
