When you live in the city, peace and quiet is a luxury. Our clients, Sunny and Sally, lived in a 50-year-old seaview property on Anson Road.

We were asked to transform this 1600-sqft condo they had recently bought into a modern dwelling for the best of their golden years.

Striking a balance through colours, lines, and textures

Seasoned homeowners tend to gravitate towards traditional designs. But since this was a contemporary condo in the busiest district of Singapore with a high resale value, we balanced the preference of our clients with subtle colour accents and clean lines to achieve modernity.

Where light sets the mood of the moment

The condominium came with wide glass windows that allowed a lot of natural sunlight and breeze into the bedroom. Our clients could spend their slow mornings reading the newspaper by the window.

When the evening pulls the sun down, the blackout curtains shut the world out. We installed a warm light above the bed so our clients could ease into sleep, winding down for a good night’s rest.
