A modern home designed for hospitality

For Alina and Dennis, having a sleek and stylish home is important. This project was a condominium in Sembawang Crescent. With only 30 days to handover and a clear goal in mind, the Homescape team had to ensure we delivered a beautiful home on time.

Since Alina and Dennis love having friends over, they wanted a warm yet elegant atmosphere. The drinks bar, a central part of the home, features wood and marble elements with subtle warm lighting.

When the day is done, time to wind down

Creating a relaxing bedroom was key, too. We achieved this by our choice of cabinetry and ambient lighting. We introduced a sliding door that camouflages as a wooden wall to create a barrier between the bedrooms and common area.

Morning rituals and casual conversations

The condominium came with wide glass windows that allowed a lot of natural sunlight and breeze into the bedroom. Our clients could spend their slow mornings reading the newspaper by the window.

When the evening pulls the sun down, the blackout curtains shut the world out. We installed a warm light above the bed so our clients could ease into sleep, winding down for a good night’s rest.
